About Us

A+ Reunion was founded by Nancy Shirey after returning from her own 20-year class reunion. Nancy had a wonderful time reconnecting with classmates, however she also saw an opportunity to make class reunions more fun, memorable, better attended and mostly a lot less work for the committee members.

As a professional event planner since 1994, Nancy knew there had to be a better way. So she began researching and discovered the National Association of Reunion Managers (NARM) organization - a non-profit organization of professional reunion planners from across America. Nancy joined NARM, worked with other professional reunion planners to gain first hand experience and then began planning reunions in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

A+ Reunion enjoys working with the reunion committees in planning and preparing for their own memorable reunion. The diligence of the A+ Reunion staff searches for every alumni to bring as many of them together for the reunion as possible. This is one of the most important keys to a successful reunion.
