How is the ticket price determined?

The committee hires A+ Reunions so no one person or group invests countless hours or money in planning the reunion. Everyone who attends shares the cost, and the alumni get to enjoy the results! All aspects of the reunion are covered in the package price including: facility rental, food, tax, gratuity, alumni research, postage, printing, photo nametags, decor, music, reunion staffing, publicity and website. Occasionally, changes in market conditions or attendance may force last minute changes or substitutions.

Can I purchase my tickets using a credit card?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Will I receive my tickets in the mail?

To help keep the ticket costs down, your tickets will be held at the door the night of the reunion.

Do you send me a confirmation notice when you receive my payment?

If you register online, you will receive an immediate email confirmation. If paying by check, please call for your confirmation.

Is there a deadline for purchasing my tickets?

In order to qualify for the best value price, we must receive payment for your reunion tickets one month prior to the reunion date. We will accept phone reservations by credit card up to one day prior to the reunion. Registrations will not be accepted any later 5pm the day before the reunion.

Can I buy my tickets at the door?

We highly encourage that you purchase your tickets in advance in order to be assured seating, food service, and a photo name badge. We have limited seats available to sell at the door, cash only. Checks and credit cards ARE NOT accepted at the door the night of the reunion.

What do most guests wear to their reunion?

Most guests wear evening attire but most importantly wear comfortable shoes for mingling.

What is the privacy policy for A+ Reunions, LLC?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. A+ Reunions, LLC does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized experience. A+ Reunions, LLC will not collect any personal information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information.

When you update your personal information, we request your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, and other information to be used solely for your class reunion.

When you register to attend your reunion in addition to the requested information noted above, we request your credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

We may also use the information we collect to notify you about important information pertaining to your class reunion.
